Welcome to the first blog for World Cup Mouse.

This is Richard Seidman, the author of the book. In the future, we’ll feature guest bloggers, including Louie LaSurie, the star of the book, his best friend, Francois DuBois, and their good friend, the human girl, Rose Levi.

For now, let me tell you where the book stands in the publication process. The fantastic artist, Ursula Andrejczuk, is refining the cover illustration and creating the interior pictures.Chris Molé has begun designing the interior of the book and its cover.I am awaiting the input of editor, Angelle Pilkington, and will then incorporate her edits and prepare a final draft for proofreading. We will launch a Kickstarter campaign very soon to raise money for all of these services plus printing and some promotion. Todd Wilson is putting the finishing touches on the Kickstarter video.

 To get a book out into the world, it takes a team, just like in soccer. I’m so grateful for my skilled and dedicated team members.
